List the thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in the past.
Let go of expectations and regret.
Allow yourself to be vulnerable and express your hurt to a mentor or friend.
Let go of victim consciousness.
Develop a spiritual practice, such as mindfulness meditation to help you cultivate compassion, acceptance, and inner peace.
Take responsibility for your own actions.
Celebrate your progress and have fun!
Commit to a positive attitude and a hopeful future.
Find your Tribe, people who get you, share your values, and support your growth. Deepen these relationships and gather in person often.
Invest in your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
