Professional Storyteller

DC theater reviews have described Elizabeth’s storytelling performances as “not so much a comedian, as she is a bard, spinning stories with a beating heart that is at once comical and gripping.”

Our Stories Matter WHAT STORY ARE YOU TELLING YOURSELF?

In 2005, Elizabeth discovered storytelling as an art form in Asheville, where she took a week long storytelling workshop from world-renowned storyteller, Connie Regan-Blake, with whom she has received storytelling coaching. She has also taken storytelling and solo performance classes in Washington, DC from Story District, and from the Armed Services Arts Partnership. Elizabeth received improv and solo performance coaching from a solo performance coach in Santa Fe to write her one-woman show.

"Two or three things I know for sure, and one of them is that to go on living, I have to tell stories, that stories are the one sure way I know to touch the heart and change the world." - Dorothy Allison

House Parties & More

Elizabeth also performs at universities, colleges, community centers, and at house concerts and parties. If you've never hosted a house party for an event like this, it's a blast! Your friends will absolutely love it.
